Job Descriptions

1. Paper Engineer

Develop and optimize paper production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality

Analyze paper samples to determine physical and chemical properties

Troubleshoot production problems and recommend corrective actions

Conduct research and development to improve paper performance and develop new grades

2. Quality Control Specialist

Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards

Conduct quality audits and monitor production processes to identify potential issues

Develop and implement quality control procedures

Provide feedback to production team on product quality and improvement opportunities

3. Sales Representative

Generate new sales leads and develop customer relationships

Promote and sell company's paper products to potential customers

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Track customer activity and identify sales opportunities

4. Customer Service Representative

Handle customer inquiries, complaints and orders

Provide technical support and product information

Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions

5. Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to the management team

Answer phones, schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Process invoices, purchase orders and other paperwork

Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

Paper Engineer: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science or a related field

Quality Control Specialist: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Quality Control or a related field

Sales Representative: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Customer Service Representative: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Administrative Assistant: High school diploma or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
